Consent to Mediation process
- If the other party agrees to mediation, and automatically generated confirmatory email will be sent to you, and to KBM.
- If the other party fails to respond to your invitation, or if the other party does not agree to mediation, an automatically generated follow-up email will be sent.
- If the follow-up email remains unanswered, or if the other party still does not agree to mediation, a third and last automatically generated email will be sent confirming that the other party either cannot be reached, or does not consent to mediation.
- The third and final email will also inform the other party that the attempted mediation will be certified as a failure.
- This final email will also be sent to KBM, on receipt of which a failed attempt at mediation will be certified by KBM and sent to you.
